Why Choose Me?

I am passionate and love what I do. I am dedicated to my clients and they really matter to me. I am passionate about what they are doing and what they are trying to accomplish. I love being a pillar of support for my clients doing what I do.

If there is ever an answer I do not know to your question, I tell you. Then I go find the answers you need. I know a few CPA's and a handful of other accountants, so I always have someone I can go to for answers I don't readily know.

Q:

What do my clients need to work with me?

One thing that is vital to have in order to work with a remote bookkeeper is an online infrastructure. What I mean by that is, having accounts and apps that make it possible to work with a remote bookkeeper. Such as, LastPass, QBO, and a Google account to name a few...

This might all sound like a lot, but do not worry. I give you all of this information before we start your on-boarding and I walk you through everything. I like to keep it simple so it is not an overwhelming transition and stress is minimal.

Q:

How much do I charge?

Rates will vary depending on the number of transactions your business or non-profit generates every month.

I also charge a retainer fee for past months that you need me to catch you up on. This retainer is the monthly salary multiplied by the number of months past.

I also have a setup fee. The details for this fee is in my pricing catalog.

I require half of the first month's salary, half of the retainer, and half of the setup fee costs within the first week of service after we sign a service contract and offer a payment plan for the rest of those costs.

Once you contact me, I will send you an email with my pricing catalog. Inside, there are several different services I offer at different tiers. I also have implemented a build-your-own service package for those who need specific services. There's some a-la-cart services as well. You decide what would fit best for your business or nonprofit and then we will meet to go over the scope of work you need me to do. After that, I write up a service proposal where I work out a price and put that in my proposal. Once you get my proposal, we continue to negotiate the price and services until it is a good fit for both of us.

Every person's financial situation is different and I am willing to look at each potential client and see what is possible on a case by case basis.
